REFUND POLICY
Although all of our packages come with a 100% money-back guarantee, if you need any modifications or are unhappy with the digital product, please contact our sales team within seven days. You lose your eligibility for a refund or chargeback once the predetermined time period has passed. The consumer may be eligible for 50% of the refund if it exceeds $500 after discussing it with their project manager.

★ Any order cancellations made prior to the start of a project for reasons other than the design service itself will incur a 33% administrative cancellation fee.

TERMINATION
After the work is complete, the agreement between our business and the client will expire. After termination, the design will no longer be under Neovate Labs’s control or accessible to them.
In the event that the project is cancelled due to the client’s breach of the contract, the client might not be entitled to reimbursement.
RULES OF CONDUCT
Without regard to any questions of conflict of laws, the laws of the Country shall govern these Terms and their interpretation.
These Terms supersede any prior agreements you may have had with the Design Agency and represent the entire understanding between the Client and Neovate Labs about the usage of the Website.
