REFUND Policy

Each project that Neovate Labs works on is governed by milestones, which specify the project’s course and roadmap.
Complete analysis and the production of a comprehensive scope document are prerequisites for the execution and acceptance of any web design, development, or application.
A reimbursement for work performed would not be feasible because both Neovate Labs and the customer understand that work is necessary to finish each module and reach every
project milestone.

If Neovate Labs and the customer decide to end the project mutually, all completed work will be returned to the client, and any funds that were paid for additional development
will be reimbursed.Within 48 hours of the project start, Neovate Labs honors a client’s choice to collaborate with an other supplier. In this case, Neovate Labs would reimburse
the total amount paid for the project up to that point.
